Order Cut-Off
Orders placed before 12:00 PM may be processed on the same business day, subject to order volume and operational capacity.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent using the contact details provided during checkout.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be shipped again because delivery could not be completed due to incorrect information or repeated customer unavailability.
