Before Your Order Is Dispatched

If your order has not yet entered processing or been handed to the courier, you may request changes such as:

• Order cancellation
• Delivery address correction
• Mobile number correction
• Removal of an item
• Other reasonable order changes

We will do our best to accommodate your request, however changes cannot always be guaranteed.

After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it. You may instead need to request a return after receiving the order, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Cancellation Refunds

If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear.
