Change-of-Mind Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is:

• Unused and unopened
• In original condition and original packaging
• With safety seals or protective packaging intact
• With all accessories and promotional gifts included, where applicable
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or the relevant order number

Beauty & Hygiene Products

For hygiene, health and product-integrity reasons, opened, used or unsealed skincare, makeup, haircare, personal-care and beauty products generally cannot be returned for change-of-mind purposes.

This restriction does not affect your rights where a product is defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Damaged / Wrong / Defective Product

Please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number together with clear photographs or video of the product and packaging.

We recommend reporting visible shipping damage within 48 hours so that we can investigate promptly. This recommendation does not remove any rights available under applicable law.

Wrong Product

If we sent you an incorrect product, please leave it unopened and contact us. We will arrange the appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Once approved, we aim to initiate refunds within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Return Shipping

For store error or defective products, we cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless you choose a more generous policy.

Promotional Gifts

Where an order qualified for a promotional gift based on the products purchased or minimum spend, the gift may also need to be returned if the qualifying conditions are no longer met.
